Tenure Awarded!

It was a long waiting game since I turned in my tenure package last May, but finally the news has come. Just 15 minutes ago, Pablo Laguna, the chair of our School, knocked on my door with a sealed envelope and said, “Let’s see what they said” with a smile. I nervously opened it and read that I have been awarded tenure! I’m very relieved and happy to finally receive this news and promotion. Onward to bigger and better things!
